Warranty
The warranty for products not accompanied by a manufacturer/importer warranty certificate is resolved by repairing, replacing or crediting the defective product. Transport costs for products sent (round trip) for warranty resolution are the responsibility of S.C. SAB Mobility S.R.L. Warranty resolution is completed within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
Warranty conditions comply with O.G. 140/2021, O.G. 21, Law 449/2003 and O.G. 174/2008.
- The warranty period begins from the delivery date as mentioned on the fiscal invoice.
- The conformity warranty is 2 years, except for products whose average lifespan is less than 2 years.
- All electronic products sold by SAB Mobility come with at least 2 years warranty; batteries and accumulators have a 6-month warranty.
- Products showing signs of unauthorized intervention (broken, peeled or damaged seal) are no longer covered by warranty.
Returns
In accordance with OUG 34/2014, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 business days of receiving the product, without penalties and without invoking any reason, provided the product has not exceeded 15 km on the odometer.
The Buyer must return the product in its original condition: in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all documentation and in perfect working order.
Refunds are processed to the same card used for the transaction, or to the bank account indicated by the client, within a maximum of 14 days from return acceptance. Cash refunds are not available.
