Warranty
The warranty for products not accompanied by a manufacturer/importer warranty certificate is resolved by repairing, replacing or crediting the defective product. Round-trip transport costs for warranty resolution are covered by S.C. SAB Mobility S.R.L. Warranty resolution takes a maximum of 15 calendar days.
- The warranty period starts from delivery, per the date on the fiscal invoice.
- The conformity warranty is 2 years, except for products with a shorter average lifespan.
- Batteries and accumulators have a 6-month warranty.
- Products showing signs of unauthorized intervention (broken/peeled/damaged seal) are no longer covered.
Legal Right of Withdrawal (GEO 34/2014)
Under Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, individual buyers have the right to withdraw from the sale contract within 14 calendar days, without justification and without bearing costs other than those provided by law. The 14-day period starts the day after the buyer takes physical possession of the product.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
- The product must be in the same condition as received, with no wear, scratches, impacts or physical modifications, and not exceeding 15 km on the odometer;
- It must be returned in the intact original packaging, with all accessories, original labels and documents (invoice, warranty certificate).
The consumer is only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Return Procedure and Costs
- The buyer notifies the Seller by email at mob_sab@yahoo.com or via the return form, before the 14 days expire.
- The direct cost of return transport is fully borne by the buyer, as provided by law.
Refunds
The Seller refunds the product value within a maximum of 14 days from being informed of the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the buyer chose cash on delivery and agrees to a transfer to a specified IBAN. The Seller may delay the refund until the returned products are received or proof of shipment is provided.
Returns for Pre-orders (special gift clause)
For Pre-orders with a 399 RON deposit and receipt of the Gift (protection helmet), a Customer who exercises the right of withdrawal may keep the Gift without returning it or paying its value. As consideration for keeping the Gift, the 399 RON deposit is not refunded in this case. A full deposit refund applies only if the cancellation is due to the Seller's failure to deliver within the committed term (see Terms — "Pre-order Regime").
