Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Romania, in both urban and rural areas. Orders are fulfilled across the entire country.
Shipping Cost
Delivery is free throughout Romania. The shipping cost for ordered products is fully covered by SAB Mobility; no additional delivery fees are charged for standard orders.
Delivery Time
For in-stock products, the order is shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation (or of placing the order, for cash-on-delivery). We will contact you by phone or email/SMS to arrange and confirm the delivery date and time slot.
Scooters are bulky products and are delivered via our own / dedicated transport, suited to this type of product. For this reason, the timeframe may vary depending on locality and delivery route schedule; any change is communicated to you in advance.
Pre-orders
For products available for pre-order (e.g. SAB Flash 50), the delivery time is the one communicated during the campaign and in the Terms and Conditions section. The Seller informs you at least 5 days before shipment to confirm the address and the payment method for the remaining balance.
Receiving the Product
Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the parcel and the product in the presence of the delivery team. If you notice transport-related damage, report it on the spot and refuse receipt or request a damage-inspection report. We recommend that you do not sign for a visibly damaged product.

Order Cancellation and Returns
