Pre-orders and Promotional Campaigns
1. Definition. A "Pre-order" means the Customer's request to purchase the SAB Flash 50 scooter, which is in transit, before it is available in the Seller's current physical stock for immediate delivery.
2. Price and Deposit. The total price of the final Product is 5,899 RON (VAT included). To secure a reservation from the first batch, the Customer pays a Reservation Fee (Deposit) of 399 RON (VAT included) when placing the pre-order.
- The Seller issues a Deposit Invoice of 399 RON upon payment processing.
- The remaining 5,500 RON (VAT included) is paid when the Product is available for delivery, via the method chosen at checkout (cash on delivery, full card payment, or installments through the processor's banking partners).
3. "Instant Gift" Campaign. Each pre-order completed by paying the 399 RON deposit entitles the Customer to a free bonus product: a motorcycle protection helmet (the "Gift").
- The Gift is shipped by courier within 48–72 hours of deposit confirmation, shipping fully covered by the Seller.
- Special return clause (keeping the Gift): If the Customer exercises the legal right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, they must notify the Seller in writing. As a voluntary commercial benefit, the Customer may keep the Gift without returning it or paying its value; in this case, as consideration for keeping the Gift, the Seller will not refund the 399 RON pre-order deposit.
4. Delivery Term. The estimated start of deliveries for the SAB Flash 50 is 15 September 2026. The Seller will inform the Customer by email/SMS at least 5 days before actual shipment to confirm the address and payment method for the remaining 5,500 RON. If delivery terms change for logistical reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Customer is notified immediately and retains the right to cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit.
5. On-time delivery guarantee. If the Seller does not ship the main Product by 15 September 2026, the Customer receives a full refund of the 399 RON deposit plus a 500 RON discount voucher for when the Product becomes available.
Online Payment
Card payments are processed securely through Netopia Payments. Your card details are never stored or accessed by SAB Mobility servers. Completing the pre-order, ticking the Terms and Conditions box and pressing "Pay the Pre-order (399 RON)" constitutes an order with an obligation to pay.
